PREPARATION
Finely chop the garlic clove, chives and parsley. Add the aromatic mince, mustard and the inevitable lemon peel to the yogurt, to give it a fresh touch. Depending on your tastes, season with salt and mix until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Suggestion for a more fragrant variant: for an alternative that is even more chic, we recommend combining dill with Greek yogurt, just like you do in fish dishes. Serve the sauce at room temperature in small glass or earthenware bowls. We suggest combining it with potato chips that embrace the flavor of the sauce without overpowering it.
Alcoholic: let’s combine our yoghurt and herbs sauce with a Tuscan white wine: still or sparkling, this depends only on you. Non-alcoholic: we suggest offering your guests a Ginger served chilled with two ice cubes; as an alternative, a more classic, timeless cedrata (citron-flavored drink).
