Acoording to and for the purposes of the provisions of the European Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”) regarding the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data acquired by PATA S.p.A. will be processed for the purpose of providing the requested information, sending quotes, scheduling meetings, managing customer complaints, as well as for the possible sending of information by email or telephone calls with an operator.The user, by filling out the contact form with his/her data, consents to their use in order to receive all the requests made or answers regarding the complaints made. Personal data will be processed using manual and IT tools at the headquarters in Via Maestri del Lavoro, 48 – Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN) – Italy by personnel authorized by the company. The processing will be carried out for the time needed to carry out the service requested by the user, who can always request the interruption of the processing or the deletion of the data

  6. to request the portability of the data you have provided to PATA, i.e. to receive them in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, also to transmit these data to another owner, without any impediment on the part of PATA itself;
